From our Founder & Father of Three

I’m the creator of web customer support chat as the founder of LivePerson. Now, as a father of three young children—ages eight, six, and three—I started KID to tackle the frustrations my wife,  and I share about how our children engage with mobile devices.

After watching my kids mindlessly scroll through YouTube and noticing its negative impact on their personalities, I was inspired to create an AI device that nurtures children’s creativity, rather than feeding into the passive consumerism they’re exposed to.

KID is a community-driven company, and I hope that we, as families, can come together to build it—one KID and one child at a time. I know firsthand how hard it is to build a company, and it will take an engaged community to bring KID to life in the way I, and many of you as caring parents, envision. Parenting is tough, but a device doesn’t have to be!
